I understand that unless I cancel by emailing gluconorm@yahoo.com within a 15-day period from the date of my order for the free sample, 15 days later my card will automatically be charged $41.95 ($5.00 for shipping included) for a 30 day supply of GLUCONORM ) to be shipped at that time to my door.

Thereafter, until and unless I cancel, my credit card will automatically be charged an additional $41.95 (36.95 plus $5 shipping) every 30 days for a new supply of GLUCONORM. I understand that I may cancel any future shipments by emailing gluconorm@yahoo.com 15 or more days before the automatic shipping/billing date.

We do not accept returns on any products that have been shipped.
